African Bank
TOOK ME FOR A RIDE AND

Two weeks back I was shopping around for a loan. I went onto the African Bank website and filled in some information.

A few days later a??? phoned me and said that I qualify for a loan and a credit card. This conversation was recorded on my phone. I told her that I need to sleep on it. Also got an SMS stating what documentation must go with me to the bank.. Also my calls are rerecorded

Now Saturday I went into African Bank to make use of the offer, just to be informed that they could not help me because my temporary ID had expired. But the impression I got was that the lady did not want to help me...

Today I got another temporary ID documentation and went back to African bank. Again the lady of Saturday helped me.. And laughing at me all the way. I told her that I laid a complaint with their head office, and she kept on laughing at me.

She made some phone calls and then informed me that I don't qualify for anything. Some or other story about the minimum requirements. Just was the first word I heard about this, I just took all the documentation and told her that they "B*ll S*&^t me from the start", and left.

Is this wright? Is this how it is supposed to work
