Balloon Payment incorrectly calculated

I have lodged more than 1 email request to Wesbank to correct my balloon payment that I have paid as was calculated by myself as well as a professional company who regularly shows that Wesbank does not adhere to the law regarding interest capitalization and also raise debit orders late and then charge arrears interest on the so-called "late payment" as well as raise the next debit order at least 2 weeks in advance without the interest adjustments. I have emailed them the corrected calculations and asked them to prove where these correct calculations are incorrect according to them. I have paid the corrected balloon payment on the calculated date and my account should be settled. WESBANK refuses to settle my account or to respond to my dispute. They just want to deal telephonically and states that they will record the conversation but they do not want to look at the corrected calculations and admit that they are at fault. They threaten to hand me over to a collections agency and then email me a letter from a so-called collections agency which is just a department within WESBANK. They send me SMS messages stating that I owe them more than R8000 and that I must settle it immediately
