Detucting money without concent mid month

This place deducted money of my account on the 13th Decmber, and they are only allowed to do so according to my contact at month end, I called to get it reversed and then they tell me that they will not do it. Well sorry to say you wil not get one single sent from me again due to your breach of our contract. Can take me to court and threaten me with bad cedit I am not scared of empty threats as I have a contract and signed debit order signed that was now breached by you.
