Ccp case 2606279

On the 15/11/2013 my debit card was used at spitz carlton center by a, i was at home and the card was in my possession when I recived the notify me message on my phone.i called southdale branch who stopped the card immediately, well done southdale.i then logged a ccp case on the 16/11/2013 at southdale branch, and a few days later recived a sms with the ccp case no and as to where the card was used and for what amnt (R2000.00).its now 17 December a whole month later and I still didn't get a reply, i do know its out of sla, and I personally don't care, I WANT MY MONEY CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.as far as im concered this complaint is to the ccp dept not the branch.i am still in possession of the duplicated card which was stopped.absa I suppose im the one that is a criminal and claiming a mere 2000.00.i assume my account will be credited as I will not stop here, I will persue this matter further.
