I signed my debit order for the 1st, not the 29th!

Hi, it is now the second time that planet fitness run my debit order on the 29th, because the 1st falls on a sunday! I signed the contract to debit my account on the 1st, not the 29th. I get paid on the 1st, doesn't matter what day it is, so on the 29th there won't be money in the account. And then Planet Fitness has the cheek to deduct R20 from my account the next month on the 27th because my debit order did not go through. Now I must pay for a fault that was not mine! And the bank charge me fees as well. This month it happened again because the 1st November is on a sunday. And I am sure it didn't just happen to me. If you deduct R20 from 5000 members you look at R100 000, nice christmas bonus hey! I want my R20 of the previous deduction back and if you deduct R20 again I want it back as well. Planet fitness broke contract because the day when I signed the contract, I signed for the 1st not the 29th!
