Debit Order Problems

I took out a loan with Letsatsi finance last year and I signed a contract which stated that they will deduct the money from my account on the 25th of every month. That only happened twice and then they started deducting the money on which ever date that suites them, I phoned them several times explaining to them that I get paid the 25th of every month and they just said their system shows that the debit order should go through on the 25th. On the 22nd of February they deducted money from my account and the debit order was returned due to insufficient funds and I incurred charges and I sent Letsatsi my bank statement to show them the charges so that they can refund me, this is not only abt the money but this is messing up my name and relationship with my bank and this will make it difficult for me to get credit because of returned cheques in my bank statement. I phoned Letsatsi today the 20thh March and I spke to Wendy and I explained to her that I received an sms from the bank telling me that Letsatsi's debot order will go through today and I should refund my account. Wendy was rude and she didnt want to here my problem. She just said that I was lying and I should come see her.
