Inaccurate / Overdue Statements

Good day
I am very unhappy after receiving my 8ta statement for number 0815257466 / 0817872248.
I called the Call centre to dispute the overdue amount on my statement as the Debit Order was processed on the last day of the month and was successful. The operator told me the account is still in arrears and to go to the bank and investigate the payments. I went to the bank and all the debit orders were successful every month. When i called back tonight (3 days later) the account is still not correct as my new debit order was not processed for this month as month end is over a weekend. When i enquired if my statement will ever be up to date, i was told it is the 8ta policy that the statements are printed before the payments are allocated and since my debit order submitted by Telkom is only on the last day of the month, i will always be in arrears on my statement even thought my account is in actual fact up to date and paid on time. this is not acceptable and i want to have a paid up statement mailed to me every month showing my payment. i asked if i could pay my account by EFT and this was declined, so i am lost for words to the insult of receiving an overdue account. PLEASE HELP!!!
