I've made a payment to Edgars on 1 September 2013 for R470 and accidentally used the wrong account reference of 7000100100058680000. After being harrased for over a month (by an incompetent call centre who refused to listen to what I said or the emails I've send) and a complained logged on hello peter they finally allocated the moeny to my account. They however did not correct the full interest of R100.28 (Sept & Oct) which was allocated to my account as only R49.82 (Oct) was reversed. This is now the 3rd compliant. Can the other R50.46 (Sept) be reversed as well? Also a new interest charge was added to the account for R11.77 (Nov). Please reverse, i've made the payments on time.

Also, i would like a new statement as soon as this is corrected, to see that its i fact correct now. As they were not able to do this correctly the previous 2 times.
