WINDSCREEN DIRECT - USELESS!!!

My car was broken into on the 20th of January. I phoned FFW the next morning to submit the claim for the passenger side window. It took 5 minutes to sort everything out and i was told that "WINDSCREEN DIRECT" would be in contact with me to arrange everything. I got a call 5 min later and i was told of the process etc. I agreed to everything and paid the excess of R710 the following morning so that they could place the order, i wa told that it would take 2 days to receive which was reasonable. 2 days passed and nothing, i phoned and got sold sorry but it would take 5 days as it was a "buy-out". Eventually they receive the window on the 30th of Feb - 10 DAYS LATER! and schedule a date for fitment 12:30 31/01. 12:30 comes and no one, 13:30 comes and no one and no call! so i phone and get told that the fitter was running late with all his appointments but no one had bothered to phone me!!! The lady said she would arrange fo rit to take place 1st thing the next morning (01/02) and that she would phone in 5 min! She never did! When i phoned the next morning 01/02 to ask what is happening iget told that they cant fit me in for the day after their up!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
