I have requested the settlement figure on my account on 15 December 2012 and was given an amount due by the consultant and I paid the amount the same day. Now 2 payments and charges later the account is still open.
I have log a complain on you website 28/01/2013 - no response
I have send a secured message from Internet banking - no response
Easy to open an loan account but difficult to close it even after paying the settlement amount
I quote from your policy
9 Termination of this agreement by you
9.1 You may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without
advance notice to us, by settling the amount owing to us. The
amount required to settle this Agreement will be the total of:
9.1.1 the unpaid balance of the Principal Debt as at Settlement Date; and
9.1.2 all unpaid interest charges and all other costs, legally permissible
fees and charges due or payable by you to us in terms of this
