No assistance on bad service from product supplie

I lodged a claim with Unity for my windscreen that needs to be replaced. They use Windscreen Direct as a product supplier without giving me an option between product suppliers. Windscreen direct contacted me and notified me that I need to pay the excess before an appointment can be scheduled, I paid the excess immediately. They phoned me 2 days later to schedule an appointment for Friday the 8th at 13h00. They did not pitch for the appointment or even made contact with an excuse. I made contact with them and after a fight, rescheduled for Saturday the 9th at my house and they again did not pitch without even making contact with me. When my broker contacted Unity to ask if I can use another product supplier, she was notified that it is my problem to get the excess back from Windscreen direct! I sent e-mail to Unity as well as to their complaints department. Up to now, nobody had the decency to reply or even phone me back and still my windscreen is not fixed and the excess already paid to windscreen direct. Where is the after sales assistance in this regard?
