No service watsoever on a windscreen claim!!

On the 12th dec 2013 we submitted a claim online for an incident that happened on the 5th December 2013 in which a stone hit the windscreen and required a replacement. The day the claim was submitted we received a call stating it was received and someone will contact us about a booking for a repair / replacement, however 3 weeks later we have yet to receive any service from auto and general! I spoke to charlotte on monday (30th dec 2013) who informed me that the claim was settled on their side, but i am still sitting with a cracked windscreen! charlotte assured me she would contact windscreen direct and re-submit the authorisation and that windscreen direct will call me within an hour and she would call me after 2 hours to ensure i did get a call from windscreen direct, however 2 days later and still no one even bothers to call! what pathetic service from auto and general, i shudder to think what an accident or claim would be like with them!
