I called Dial Direct, with whom my insurance policy is held to lodge a claim for a cracked windscreen. They referred me to their vendor for these operations - "Windscreen Direct"

After arranging a suitable date, they replaced the windscreen and left. The same day (24 Aug) I noticed that the rubber moulding that outlines my windscreen was poorly fitted. I emailed Windscreen Direct and they agreed to get someone to fix it up properly.

About 2 weeks later on 11 Sep they tried to mend their initial poor work but instead BROKE the rubber moulding and TEMPORARILY patched it until they inform their offices and order a new one.

Numerous calls and emails followed as they were trying to get a moulding to fit my window. Fast forward and eventually on 22 Nov Windscreen Direct called me to arrange a booking so that they can finally fix this as they have confirmed they got the rubber moulding now.

On 28 Nov they arrive, but come without the rubber moulding. Great. They called me to arrange that they fix this up 10 Dec

They arrive at my house today 10 Dec... wait for it - rubber mouldings for my BACK WINDOW! Amazing. I am seriously baffled
