I lodged a incident with my insurance company, they only deal with Windscreen Direct. I was informed they will contact me for arranging the fitment of my Windscreen. The first time they phoned I was in a meeting unable to awnser the call. That was on Wednesday, I phoned them back the same day, we made arrangements for fitment on Friday. They said they will order the spares required and phone me if there is a problem. Friday morning arrived, but no one pitched up. Phoned Windscreen Direct, got informed they are still waiting for spares, are a huge argument why I was not informed they could still not awnser me about when the fitment will be done. I phoned the insurance company, they phoned Windscreen Direct, and then they promised to try an aquire the parts to fit it in the aftrenoon or early Saturday morning. If they dont suceed they WILL do it on Monday morning. No call during the weekend. Phoned them on Monday and was Informed they can only install on Thursday. Made an appointment for 13:30, its now almost 15:00, tried to call them several times, sended a mail, no one awnsers. This is really bad service.
