Called d call centre now. Spoke to luyanda dlela. Wanted to know my balance on MY justsave account. After taking my details down, oops! Her system isnt workin. After a few mins, she comes back sayin she didnt no after 15.30, dey cant do anything.!!! So why stay opened. So i asked for a manager. Guess wat, in her words" coz its quiet or so or late on a saturday, dey decided to go home. So managers go home and leavr behind. Im sorry to say dat. Anyhow i asked for her name and surname and ref no, took over 4 mins for me to get it. Whilst waitin durin dat 4 mins, at 2 mins i said dnt gimme a ref. Jus name and surname. She had to think for 2 mins before spellin her name like im a. Where is d customer service in dis country. These banks n oda institutions r keepin our money and dey act like we r d after verifyin so many questions about urself. Lets take condfidentiality into consideration here. But d general service from call centers esp Luyanda. Why have dem if dey cant do anythin and yet we PAY their salaries. Its pathetic and d arrogance of consultants. Better hav call centres in India and d service will be a million times bette
