Movie did not start with terrible attitude

I am from the free state on holiday in Cape Town and went to watch a movie at nu metro canal walk on the 7th feb wreck it ralph. My wife and I sat in the cinema for 15 mins and no show started, I went to complain and was told they would start it just now. Another 10 mins went and still nothing I went and complained again then the movie was started. Tonight again being the 10th we went to watch silver linings and we sat there another 15 mins and nothing. My wife went down to complain to the guy who was checking the tickets said he will tell them to start the movie. We sat another 10 mins and nothing. I then went and asked the guy again, he said he told the guy, should start now. Still nothing 10 mins later. I went to him again and he said I told the guy just now and he walks away. His attitude was terrible. Plus we have to go and keep complaining. I then asked for the manager who said her name was Bongeka (not sure of exact spelling), who then came and apologized, and got the movie started 35 mins later. the rude staff was no where to be seen. I am not happy that the same problem happened twice and the attitude of the staff.
