No secuity with ADT for 80 yr old

My father died on 13/7/2013 and on 17th I sent an mail to ask for changes to alarm as due to physical changes we could no longer set the alarm, I followed this up with a tele call as I had heard nothing. I have since sent many e-mails made many phone calls then some one arrived only to be told could not do what we wanted after we had sat at home for 2 days for a set appointment for the day and after complaining to Shehaam Diedericks Exec. Esc. Officer ADT SA arangements were then made for someone to call and see us nexr day, this person never arrived sent an sms 15 mins before to cancell an appointment 45 mins before and set a new one in 17 min they never arrived. I sent more e-mails and many phone calls, when I asked to speak to a manager yesterday at 17h03 I was told they had all gone home, I asked for "Big bosses" e-mail address and was put on hold and after 20 mins, the calls was for 32 mins I gave up listening to their mesg of the wonderful things they do for their client and put down the phone, we are now Saturday 3rd Aug13 and my mother who is 80 is sitting in a house that we cannot arm due to the bungling at ADT, I even sent a mail to holding co in USA no reply eithe
