Shocking Service

I was appalled by the service I received. I purchased a fair amount of good. All my items were rung up and packed. I paid, then the 'system crashed' and was unable to print a till slip. I waited 5 mins before I was told there was a problem. I said how long would it take as I needed to collect my children, I was told they'd called a supervisor. I waited another 5 mins, I asked where the supervisor was, the response, we will page her now. I waited another 5 mins. The supervisor arrived with no acknowledgement of me. Another 5 mins passed, I asked when my till slip will be printed. as I was late to fetch my kids, i was told theres a system problem and could I leave already paid for goods there and come back later. I said I was unable to do that could I not take my goods and come on Sat to fetch my slip, I was told I was not allowed to take my paid for goods out the store as I may not actually have paid for them yet my card had been debited. 20 mins had now pasted, I asked for a manager who arrived said I needed to unpack all my goods and rescan. Now late for my kids I was told to leave my name and number as I may not have paid on the system. I will NEVER again support this store
