I was involved in an accident on the 30th November 2013, submitted an online claim on the 1st December. Had to make a dozen phone calls the vehicle was finally assessed on the 3rd December. We only get an update when we call and its always the same update, we still investigating Sindiso will call you

Up to today December 13th, we have no idea what is going on with our car, we have made dozens calls and only once did Sindiso (lady assigned to our claim) call me at my request via e-mail and Jacque (the assesor) called my wife to say he had assessed the vehicle and everything is in order. We have tried to call for Sindindiso but she is never available. l then received an e-mail stating that they suspect my tyres were the route of the accident, which is not true as a bumped someone in from of me after he stopped unexpectedly due to a Bakkie which had dropped a table on the freeway.

we requested for a manager or supervisor from claims to call us but noone did. l have sent numerous e-mails with no response. l even informed them l would go to the media but they called me bluff. we pay a high premium on the car and for the comprehensive insurance therefore l cannot stand the incompetence
