I was involved in an accident on the 30th November 2013. l sent an e-mail to my broker on the 1st December and on Monday the 2nd Carrie called me and informed me that she would take care of things. since the accident l have only been contacted once by the broker with information l already have.

l even asked them the point of having a broker when l am doing all the follow ups myself, they might as well refund me every little cent l have paid as l consider this breach of contract, the day i signed up with them they assured and promised me that in the event of an accident, all l had to do was call them and they will take it from there, funny part they were closed the time of the accident, which is understandable as it was on Saturday at 5.15pm.

However l would have expected them to be in contact with the insurance company which they recommended me and to push for me so that there is progress, my wife and l have made more calls to the insurance company and to Ample more that they have done just to update us.

We are in the dark and without a car yet we paying for the car and for the insurance. The incompetence and lack of service is pathetic and unacceptable.
