Status on my claim!!

I was involved in an accident on the 19th of December, to date I have received limited to no feedback on my current claim # 511701, after numerous calls to the MiWay call center and message center, and even after submitting call backs on their website for my current claim, I am no closer to finding out the current status of my claim. Given the nature of my accident, I have asked numerous times for my vehicle to go for wheel alignment and balancing, but this does not appear to be an urgent requirement.

Please update me ASAP as I do not wish to drive my vehicle in its current condition without knowing what the extent of damage caused in the accident.
