Access Rip Off

On a claim of R19058.44 i had to pay the excess of R13303.00 because my step daughter was driving the car at that time, instead of an excess of R2500.00 which i asked at the time all my family were to be insured when they drive any of my vehicles.
I am moving to Outsurance they are more expensive but this way i will not be ripped off if there is an accident.
