I took out insurance with with Natasha in February (Dial Direct). I told her about my daughter is going to drive the car very often. We travelling from home to my work and from there she is driving to Susca Watts she is studying. specified that the car Will stand during the day at her class. No where i was made aware my daughter is younger than 25 and that her licence is not older than 2 years we going to be penalised if she was in a accident. I made sure that Natasha know my daughter is driving the car and i even ask her on so she is sure there will be no problems. On the 29/10/13 my daughter were in a car accident, the following day i was told my excess is going to be over R9000 because of the above reasons. I was furious and nobody even cared to assist just say that is my excess payment and must sort it out with the panealbeaters. when i ask i want to take my car to my choice of panealb the guy Kelvin refuses and said not allowed. I told him other panealbeaters will help me to pay my excess in instalments refused and says i'm not allowed. Dial direct after service was absolute terrible no assistance to help me. I even request Natasha supervisor to listen to voice rec not even re
