I was involved in an accident in March 2010. The accident was not my fault. But the other driver had no insurance. Thus I had to pay my excess to my insurer, Outsurance, to have my car repaired. Outsurance contacted me every now and then to let me know that they are still trying to recover my excess from the other driver. But i had forgotten about it completely. And Today, 3years&7months later, Outsurance notified me that they were able to recover my excess from the other driver, on behalf of myself. And the money will reflect in my account within 3days. I am really impressed with their perseverance to get my money back. And it didn't cost me anything. Thank you Outsurance for looking after your loyal clients.
