I have a rather serious problem with the Online banking E-filing that I wish to raise with someone senior but contact details seem to be rather conveniently unavailable. This issue cannot be solved by junior call centre staff and I also do not believe that it would be escalated by them to the correct channels.
I would like the contact details of Lee-Anne van Zyl, the CEO of online banking so that I can address the issue with her please.
