In July this year I placed a claim for a detected leak in my kitchen behind a cabinet. After 4 weeks of waiting, calling and emails contractors were sent through to resolve the issue.
The cabinet was removed and the leak repaired. It took another 5 weeks of constant back and forth to get the cabinet replaced. After which it was installed terribly. The edges were not sealed, the doors where mounted crooked and one of the doors showed signs of damage. I lodged a complaint of the poor quality of work and the issues that was being experienced with the contractors not arriving on site on scheduled dates and times to which I was told that it would be sent through to the complaints department. The contractors were sent out to "resolve" the issues which took another 3 weeks of no shows and follow up emails/calls. The issues are still present.
I requested that the issue be escalted. It is December and the same problems are present. Every bit of contact I have received has been started from my side.
Outsurance you always get something out. Yes.. Grief and headaches. All I want is the issue resolved but it seems Outsurance does give a
