Yesterday, once again when I got home from work there was a problem with my geyser, a geyser I might add that was installed by Outsurance not even 2years ago and which has given me non-stop problems from the day it was installed. The contractors who installed the geyser damaged by outside wall so badly (to install the overflow pipe), I'm still waiting for them to come fix that, since this piece of j u n k has been installed, I have replaced the thermostat twice, the element once and G o d knows what else is wrong with it now. BEE contractors tell me it is a burst water pipe and valve leading to the geyser - well that's no surprise. What is really p i s s i n g me off though is the fact that this is a geyser that Outsurance installed, it has given me endless problems, when I phone yesterday I'm 'warned' that I'm a mutli-claimant., No Sherlock. Check your records, all the claims are related to this piece of junk you installed in my house. Sort this problem out once and for all. Why the heck should I be paying excess for something that is NOT my fault? Claim: 100234897
