Bad service from Advisor and contractors

I lodged a claim on the 5th of January 2013, after 1 month I still do not have my ceiling fixed or walls painted, I tried to call the Claims advisor for my claim LEANE SCHULZ or Leane Jardim, I have emails from her with the 2 names, and she keeps on cancelling my call when I call her on her direct line, she also does not respond to emails, I then asked for her manager's name and contact number and was given the name Refilwe on 012 675 4856 and guess what I get the same treatment from her after 2 or 3 rings the call gets cut, this is unacceptable service from Outsurance, my other issue is the builder that was allocated to do the work they also do not answer to emails and after calling them went from claim not authorised by Outsurance to only being able to do the work at the end of April to then doing work on the 23rd of February. the Builder is Prescor 160CC. It looks like after the initial contact and after we rate the person then they are no longer interested in your queries and you are left alone to sort out the issues.
