I am absolotely horrified with the service from Outsurance. I have made 38 phone calls from my home phone number to the claims consultant that is assisting me and i have physically spoken to her on the phone maybe 5 times maximum. She does not return my phone messages, does not read my emails correctly and thus wastes time in sorting out our problem. The last message i left with her colleague was on Monday passed, it is now Sunday and i still await a response phone call. It has taken 5 weeks now to sort out a leak in our kitchen. The service provider they sent out to our home incorrectly detected the leak and we broke into our new bathroom tiles to sort out a leak that was not present. I am now sitting with half a kitchen for a month now and a bathroom with different colour tile as we couldn't match the tiles i had. Why has this whole process taken so long and why can i never get through to the claims person that is dealing with my claim. My last email to her was to say just pay us out i have had enough of Outsurance please confirm what bank details you have for me. This i sent on Tues 14 May, today is Sun 18 May. I still await her confirmation.
