Put in a claimed in October 2012. Repairs were carried out by Outsurance in-house service providers: Westfield General Contractors and Home Security. Only in December 2012 the alarm was partly repaired by Home Security and doors and trap door was deliberately not connected to the alarm system. When asked why, I was told that when the contractors finish, they will then connect the system. Westfield General Contractors installed the geyser in December 2012 which was overflowing like an open tap. Their plumber was unable to sort out the overflow. Two framed mirrors were also taken by Westfield General Contractors and they blame Home Security of taking them.
Outsurance service providers are very untidy and unprofessional in their workmanship. Premises could not be occupied from October to end of December 2012 because of alarm not working and no water. From October 2012 I made over a dozen phone calls and sent numerous emails. To date, 20 March 2013, this claim has not yet been completed (6 months), the geyser water still overflowing, the alarm not fully working, but the premiums was immediately increased.
