OUTSURANCE WENT FROM AMAZING TO HORRIBLE

On Monday 25 November 2013 I phoned Help @ Out regarding a leaking pipe in my master bathroom. I spoke to Mmabatho and she gave me the claim/reference number: 104756100. Their service provider Peter Plumbers only phoned me on Thursday to arrange to come and have a look. The person who did the assessment advised me that he will be back the next day (Friday) to fix the problem. Nothing happend, nobody phoned or showed up. The leak in my bathroom is getting worse by the second. I will now have to claim for a new bathroom cabinet, as the wood is soaking wet. I phoned Outsurance today 2 December 2013 to find out what the hold up is with my claim to be told that they are extremely busy due to the hail of last week.
I phoned LONG before the HAILSTORM. The fact that there was a hailstorm is not my problem, and has got NOTHING to do with a plumbing problem. I was given a ref # 24314269 today and was told that this will be escalated. STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I refuse to pay the R1000 excess on this claim. If I anything else gets damaged because of this leak that is not seen to I WILL HOLD OUTSURANCE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES!!! Please get back to me and get this sorted out..ASAP!!!
