Wanted to purchase Smart Devices (cellophone etc) online as an existing FNB account holder.
- Upon calling FNB consultants could not find my details on their system when searching with my biographic information.
- Asked to speak to someone in authority - two weeks still and no response
- Had to wait on a lengthy call before being told that they would return my call once information reflected
- No call returned to date
- Consultants were rude and unhelpful as well
