After using the same log in for more than 4 years one day it says my log in details are incorrect, after typing my CORRECT information in three times it boots me off and says I need to reset all my information.
Now a month later I try my new information and once again it says that my information is incorrect, after my three attempts I have to once again reset all my information, however this time, even after following all instructions EXACTLY this system keeps telling me that my password must contain upper and lower case, a number between 0-9 and a special character! I have entered in numerous passwords containing ALL of these requirements, I have made sure that they do not match mu log in, that they are not repeated I have done EVERYTHING asked of me and YET, it will not let me reset my password! And to make matters worse, after my 19th try (LITERALLY 19th) I try to call your help line and it states that I will be charged R50! I AM LIVERED!!! How dare you charge me for your help! I am literally ready to close my account at this point and move elsewhere. I NEED ACCESS INTO MY ACCOUNT NOW!
