Settled Accounts, but no paid up lette

On the 29th of November 2013, I called African Bank contact centre requesting settlement amounts on both my loans, I also asked if I can get a discount because I will be settling the accounts on the 30th of November 2013, which were then given to me. I did an internal transfer at Absa Bank on the 30th of November 2013.

I called after I made the payment and only to be told that there is an amount that is outstanding, I was told to send proof of payment to [Email Removed] to date I have not received feedback. When I called this morning, I spoke to Jeffrey Ndou, who put me on hold for over 5 minutes without even telling me that he is putting me on hold. I then called again and spoke to Andre Bamesta, who hung up the phone on me because she said I was rude, not even willing to understand my frustration.

I asked to speak to Siyabonga Mseleku who said that he was busy, and said he will call me back. He called me back at 10:09, with so much anger and attitude as to prove that he is the boss and he has the final say and not even willing to hear as to my reason for saying I have settled both my loan accounts.
