Why can't you get into the electronic area?

I did an online application for a student loan, reference no 6ks7vanz. I tried to fax the supporting documents to 0860 102601, but the number did not work. I called the call centre at 0861 40 40 40, but they could not find the application on the system, and wanted to refer me to a call centre to re-apply. I find this unacceptable - FNB has one of the worst online banking application systems I have had to deal with (any application gets referred to a consultant anyway - nothing is really online). Now even the part that is online does not work and information disappears. Furthermore, I find you reliance on faxes rather out of date - E-mail is the standard used in 2013. Not many people have private fax facilities, but most of your electronic clients (I would think all of them) have E-mail access/ PLEASE give us E-mail addresses to send supporting information. And what is the point of having internet banking if the consultants refer you to the branch?
