ANGRY BECAUSE MY SMARTDEVICE WAS BLOCKED BY FNB

Took out a cellphone contract with FNB in May 2013, shortly thereafter I notified the FNB call centre that there were 3 smart devices reflecting on my internet banking profile and that I only had one.
I was advised by the agent that there was a problem with the system that uploaded the smart devices to the clients profiles and that it created more than one device. I was told not to worry it would be sorted in 7 days. After I saw that it was still not removed I called back again and they still told me not to worry that they are working on the problem. I left it there, as they gave me the reassurance that my profile would be fixed accordingly. Now a week ago my cellphone is blocked because of FNB's incompetence as they removed all 3 devices from my name. So they not taking any payment off from my account, even though there always was enough funds in my account. I have made numerous calls, visited the new [URL Removed] store in Canal Walk even lodged a complaint on Friday and still nobody came back to me with an update. I honestly feel like telling them to come and get the phone, including moving my bank account to a better banking provider because FNB is really messing me around.
