Due to hailstorm that occurred on the 28th November 2013, my roof was badly damaged and the ceiling fell down. I called ABSA Home Owners Comprehensive Insurance Policy on the 29th November 2013, and they provided me with the claim Number: 2493909. On the 5th December 2013, they sent me an SMS saying I must fix all the damages and they will pay me later for all the expenses. I tried to fax proof of payment and nobody from ABSA knows which number to fax to.
