2 months after requesting that my details be changed. It's still not done. This is so stupid because to call on a weekly basis requesting the same thing over and over and nothing happens says a lot about customer service.
Someone called me last Thursday to confirm my details promising it will be changed, yesterday the same old details is still on. Meaning I can't log on because they have 2003 details on my profile even though when I registered I gave all my details that's the same on my internet banking, loans, cheque card profile. Every time I call to request if my details is done, the same old answer is "it's with head office".
How hard can it be for a bank you've been with for 10 years to change your details. Every month the R20 service fees goes off without fail yet I can't reap the benefits. Kindly refund me all the R20's paid to Ucount and cancel this service that is so pathetic.
