In the last two years, I moved, got married, changed jobs & sold my house (FINANCED by Standard Bank). I have send in plus minus 20 emails (if not more) requesting the changes, phoned numerous times, even visited branches, lodged complaints, etc. etc... I went to Makro on Monday and was informed that if I sms the given number, I will be registered for Standard Bank's new rewards program. I was only contacted TODAY, (4 days later, which by the way also means that I will not qualify for this "rewards" although I spend almost 20G :-( ) and when the woman started to "confirm" my details, I just listened in awe because almost all my details are STILL incorrect!!!??? Wow, at least I see they have changed my surname, (after being at a branch 3 times and numerous calls & emails) but according to them I am still living at the house that I SOLD months ago (Financed by Standard Bank..) and were informed by the lady that the rewards card will be send to the address she have in front of her, and if I wish to change the address, I will have to go to a Standard bank branch...!!!??? Really, ... HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO BEG STANDARD BANK TO CHANGE MY DETAILS AS REQUESTED???
