A while ago I changed my bank account to a different bank, I struggled for 3 months to have it changed because I don't work in the office, I can only phone from my cellphone, where on 3 occasions we were cut off and nobody phoned me back, eventually I got it changed. Then I also needed to change the banking details for my vitality pay outs, which I again called. One phonecall cost me R70, where this person said to me the details have been updated. I have not been receiving any monthly pay outs for my vitality purchases made. I went online to check my details, and it wasn't changed It is still showing my old banking details
