I'm laying this complaint not against Foschini but against the whole TFG Group itself. We have an account with TFG. Our banking details changed at which point we went to Due South to submit our change of banking details. Month end came, all our debit orders went off except TFG's. We went in and paid our account, submitting another request for a change of banking details. Once again this was ignored. After numerous calls to tell us we were in arrears, we tried to explain to the consultant that our details changed how can we change it on the system. We were advised to see the manager. Went to see a manager who was not on duty. We once again handed in our banking details and told head office will deal with it. Head office phoned about a week later to say we are in arrears, at which we mention that our banking details change had been submitted, which they knew nothing about. We just received a call now to say that we are once again in arrears and it's giving us a bad credit record. How long does it take for banking details to be processed in your company. We cannot possibly keep going in to the shop to continuously request a change. It's absolutely pathetic.
