I called DSTV to change my banking details, but after a long phone call was cut off - (After the consultant had changed my details.) Nevertheless, I went onto the website and checked that my details were changed, and updated my debit order details. Then, when my DSTV connection got cut off I checked the website and found that there were completely different bank details to the ones I provided. So I changed them again, but I am disturbed about the R50 reconnection fee, so I tried calling the call centre. After speaking to a computer for 5 munites I was told I was number 23 in the que and I am not prepared to wait that long. I would like to request that DSTV cancel the reconnection fee of R50, or cancel my subscription. I dont see why I should pay R625 a month for such shocking service!
