I took out a policy with this organisation a few months ago, after hearing about how great their service is.

I then spoke to a call centre consultant (Lebohang Khotle) with regards to changing my banking details, she even called me for the second time just to confirm that all the initial obtained information is correct.

I thought that was it, till i get a email and a sms today, telling me that the records show that they have not yet received my payment and that my policy may lapse.

*why is it my problem that the company never debit from my account? I provided my banking details and debit date!!! am i suppose to hand the premiums on a ing silver plate???

*Really not impressed with this organisation!
seems like they dont know their from face!!!
