My policy is currently in arrears due to a lack of service. I noticed yesterday that no money from Avbob was debited from my account, I then called the call centre, spoke to a consultant who informed me my debit orders bounced for the last two months, I informed him that my new banking details were updated two months ago which he then informed me that the details were only amended on the 9th of December 13. I mean that's not my fault, cause I called in personally to get my new details updated, he then informed me if the arrears amount is not paid in fully by the end of January 14 my policy will laps, due to the mistake they made by not updating my details on time.
