After my debit order returned on the 1 August 2013 I called discovery insure to update my details and asked for the debit order to be resubmitted. The consultant I spoke to advised that the details had been updated and a request for the debit order had been actioned. On the 16 August 2013 I received an email advising me that my policy had been cancelled as a result of the unsuccessful debit order. When I called to query this I was told that the did request the second debit order but it returned as it was collected from the old bank account details. I was then told that my policy would e reinstated as the error was on your end. Updated the banking details again only to have a debit order taken off my old bank account on the 22 August. Today I found out that even after the debit order on the 22nd my policy is still not active. This is unacceptable as the debit still went off the wrong account and policy still cancelled!
