I am very, very disappointed in the service that I have received from Dial Direct. They not only messed up with the initial capturing of my policy, but they just cancelled the policy without notice. They said the banking details are incorrect. I did a screen dump proving that the details are 100% correct. What is wrong with this company? How unprofessional. I have sent various e-mails and none of them have been responded to. Also they are all friendly when taking up the insurance, but the after sales service is beyond terrible. The other thing I don't understand is that Telesure does the work for Dial Direct and other insurance companies why were the same banking details fine as at 1/1/14 when they did the last debit. This is a very bad first experience with this company and it makes me very worried to stay with such an unprofessional organisation!!!
