Do not believe if said that debit orders is change

Capitec came to our offices to promote their product. Almost half of our staff including our firm changed to Capitec. They told us that they will handle all our debit orders and changed all. I went in and took my bank statement for them to do this. I asked more than once if they are sure it would be done and they even gave me a letter to give to my work that they must pay in my salary from the 15th of November as all is changed. Well the 15th (it was a Friday) came and not one of my debit orders went off, I thought maybe it will go off on Monday, but not still not. I Called them and they will come back to me, did not. Went into the branch they will call me, 2 days went pass I went in again after my old bank phoned as for each debit order that was returned I need to Pay R120 (there is 11) the consultant told me that he forgot to tell me that it could take 2 months I asked why he gave me the letter for the firm and I asked a few times if he is sure it is done, he just say he is sorry and can't do anything. I phoned a regional manager and he said that it is unacceptable and he will ask our regional manager to phone still nothing. I need to pay now my old bank and all myself
