Full refund to be paid out

I purchased a vehicle on the 15th of July 2013. I took out warranty cover on the vehicle, the x8 and x9, through the dealership named Wingfield Motors. On the 1st of September 2013, my husband was in an accident with our vehicle. The car was written off and our insurance paid Standard Bank in FULL. We then started the cancellation process of the warranties on the vehicle 28th of October 2013 with the dealership. They cc'd me in an email, requesting Innovation Group to cancel my policies and to REFUND me in full. One policy was paid over to Wingfield Motors last week Thursday, exactly a month after I cancelled the policy. The other policy with Innovation Group still hasn't paid out. I want to know how long I should still wait. I get no feedback from them. It's almost an extra week again and still no response from them. I need answers on what is happening and when everything will be settled. It's taking forever!!! I don't want to stress and think about this anymore. Please treat this as URGENT!!!
