No Feedback for Refund

The clutch of my vehicle broke in july 2013. I did try to speak to Innovation group but no feedback. I end up paying cash for my vehicles clutch - R12 000 still have proof- and up until today no feedback. Now they tell me my policy expired in August. After I tried to explain but I Have TRIED to make contact and put in the claim. So according them its to late although I have all the proof.
I had another vehicle with a warranty policy with them, I only had the vehicle for 6 weeks cause I found out the vehicle was in a accident after I bought it and cancelled the deal with the dealership and gave the vehicle back. So according to Innovation group the refund for that policy is only R52 again I loose all the money.
Not worth paying so much for "policies" and when you need them there is always excuses.
