Help or just a Hoax - GWH50747

GWH 50747 is my reference number. I took out a warranty policy with the Innovation Group for my VW Caddy, but after selling the vehicle, i requested a refund and had a consultant contact me asking for my banking details on the 25/11/2013. I responded to an email, sent by the consultant immediately and did not receive a response from them.

I took it upon myself to contact Innovation group again to find out what was happening, each time i called, i was transferred to a different consultant and no resolution after 6 attempts. I then received an email saying that my case was sent through to the relevant department and would be contacted within 48hrs.

I am still waiting and no progress on my request.

Not sure what else to do, think i will contact some friends at the Cape Times and expose the Hoax behind vehicle warranties.

Innovation Group was very quick to take my money, but now that its time for a refund, i can't seem to find any light at the end of this tunnel.

No excuses like a previous complainant to say they don't have my details or have tried to contact me.

Ball is in your court Innovation, time to go to the papers if i don't get a solution from you.
